About me

I first came to solution-focused hypnotherapy when I was looking for help with my own anxiety and stress. Many years before I had tried other forms of therapy, but the focus on the problem had never given me a way forward - only put me back in the negative places I'd started off from. I found that having solution-focused hypnotherapy changed my whole mindset. The focus on finding a positive way forward, rather than looking back at the bad, was revolutionary when it came to dealing with my problems in a therapeutic setting.

As solution-focused hypnotherapy was such a help for me I decided to train in SFH myself, and now I help other people to make the positive changes they want for their lives, and support them in their goal of achieving good mental-health.

At present I am completing my final training as a solution-focused hypnotherapist (a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD)) and I'm registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

I hold an enchanced DBS certificate and adhere to all GDPR regulations - so you can be sure that you're in safe hands with total confidentiality.
